Cynthia Palmer

Cindy was born and raised in Frederick County and currently resides in Braddock Heights with her husband, Scott. Over her 30-year banking career in Frederick County, she has had the opportunity to serve the community in many ways both professionally and personally. One of her most cherished experiences was her six-year term on the Community Foundation of Frederick County Board of Directors and having the honor to serve as Chairman of the Board during that time. In 2020, Cindy joined The Will Group Foundation. It was a natural fit, as it was just another way to collaborate with generous donors to support the immediate and ongoing needs of our community.
